Pricing & Fees

How pricing works

• Each creator sets their own price for written and/or voice responses.
• Each request includes one response only (no follow-ups or chat threads).
• Prices and delivery windows are shown before you submit a request.

When you get charged (for askers)

• Your payment method may be authorized when you submit a request.
• The charge is completed only after the creator delivers the response within the stated time.
• If no response is delivered, you should not be charged.

Platform fee (for creators)

goAsk charges a 20% platform fee on each completed request. Your earnings after the platform fee are what show in your balance.

Withdrawals

• You can request a withdrawal once your balance reaches $25 or more.
• Withdrawals are reviewed and processed through the supported payout methods.
